Case Study
Multi-Agent Platform for Event Intelligence
We advised on platform concept, multi-agent architecture, and go-to-market strategy for an enterprise event management platform. The result: 6 specialized AI agents working in coordination across 200+ live events.

Platform Concept: The Event Intelligence Cloud
We partnered with a European event management company to define the platform concept and multi-agent architecture for an AI-driven event intelligence system. Our advisory role: shape the product vision, design the agent coordination model, and guide the development team through implementation.
Event organizers typically pay for 5-7 disconnected systems: registration, email marketing, CRM, badge printing, surveys, and analytics. The platform concept consolidates these into a unified architecture where specialized AI agents handle each capability independently while sharing context with others.
The business case was compelling: reduce customer tool spend, increase platform stickiness through AI-powered insights, and create new revenue streams from sponsor intelligence and exhibitor analytics. The multi-agent approach enables modular pricing and gradual feature adoption.
Challenges
Fragmented Tool Landscape
Event organizers were paying for 5-7 overlapping systems with no data integration. The opportunity: consolidate into a unified platform that captures the full customer journey and enables AI-driven insights.
Pre-Event and Live Operations
The platform needed to serve two distinct modes: predictive planning before events and real-time intelligence during live operations. This required an architecture that supports both patterns without duplication.
Modular Agent Architecture
Multiple agents needed to share context while remaining independently deployable. This enables flexible pricing models and allows customers to adopt capabilities incrementally.
European Data Sovereignty
GDPR compliance and EU data residency were non-negotiable for DACH enterprise customers. The architecture needed to avoid US hyperscaler dependency while maintaining performance.
Architecture and Agent Design
We designed a dual-layer architecture: predictive agents for pre-event planning and reactive agents for live operations. All agents share a common context layer built on 12+ years of curated event data. The platform currently runs 6 production agents:
Matchmaking
Connects attendees, speakers, and exhibitors based on profiles and intent signals. Drives engagement metrics and attendee satisfaction scores.
Agenda Intelligence
Dynamic session scheduling and personalized agendas. Optimizes room utilization and reduces scheduling conflicts.
Sponsor Spotting
Identifies high-value sponsor prospects from behavior patterns. Creates new revenue opportunities from existing attendee data.
Exhibitor Services
Real-time lead scoring, booth traffic analytics, and ROI dashboards. Increases exhibitor retention through measurable value delivery.
Performance Reports
Continuous operational reporting and AI-generated analytics. Enables data-driven decisions for organizers and stakeholders.
Marketing Automation
Campaign orchestration using shared attendee context. Improves conversion rates through personalized, timely outreach.
Platform Architecture
Shared Data Foundation
12+ years of structured event data with persistent identities. Agents access a common data layer rather than maintaining separate stores.
Agent Orchestration Layer
Shared context layer enabling autonomous coordination. Distributed architecture with real-time synchronization, not a monolithic AI system.
European Sovereign AI
Mistral LLM deployment with EU data residency. GDPR-native, privacy-by-design architecture for DACH procurement requirements.
API-First Design
Every platform capability accessible via RESTful API. Full-suite or selective agent integration into existing systems.
Impact
Platform concept validated with 6 coordinated agents now processing 200+ live enterprise events annually.
Architecture enables sub-8 second check-in times at 3,000+ attendee events with zero critical failures.
European data sovereignty positioning opened DACH public-sector procurement opportunities.
100% customer retention with returning customers expanding year-over-year (up to +171% growth).
The platform now powers enterprise events for international organizations, government agencies, and major technology companies across 8 countries.
